As being a female Indian/Asian full time worker and that too working abroad can become difficult. I used to work 37.5 hours a week and travel an hour to and from work. I used to wake up at 7am and get ready by 8am, used leave home to get to work by 9am. My work used to finish at 5.30pm and by time I would reach home it would be 6.30pm. Between 7.30pm and 8pm dinner would be ready, and by the time dinner was eaten and kitchen cleaned it would around 9pm. After this there’s only about an hour or so left to relax or watch TV, but that too would go into washing clothes for the next day tiding the odd places up, and buy the time it was to go to sleep I would be shattered and the bed would feel like heaven. I personally think that men should help out in household duties just a women does, its not only the women who lives in the house but the man does too and he should equally share the responsibilities.

The film Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was a brilliant film, but some people in India had criticised this film and said that Karan Johar should not have shown that two married people fall in love and in the end be together.

The story is simply about two married couples and the man from one couple and the women from the other couple fall in love, sleep together and also tell their partners that they had done this. Their partners in return tell them to leave them and both couples are separated. In the end the two which fell in love meet up again and decide to be together.

What I don’t understand is why people had an objection to this, as things like this happen in real life and no one seems bothered then, so why be bothered when it is shown in films. What the public cant face is reality which was shown in the film, people have got to face facts and reality and if it is shown on TV or in film they should not object.
