360 degree feedback
360 degree feedback is the most successful and influential tool that is helping many people in their workforce, it is not only helping people in their workforce but also helping the companies. The 360 program is very similar to having one to one reviews with workers, but instead of sitting in a room for an hour or so, all the talking is put into one report and available for a worker to see clearly. The plus point of this tool is that it not only gives a view of a supervisor or boss but the view of co workers in the same level as you. The information obtained is a set of questions given out to six or more people, and all the questions when completed are put together to make a report which then clearly show which areas of work need improving and which are the positive and high areas.
