Who is the Boss
A debate is on so as to know which gender is preferred as a boss, male or female. Survey shows 68% want male bosses because they are considered more practical than woman, more sensible and less emotional. The survey further says that women bosses are indecisive, too confident ands more emotional. More man also prefers male bosses because they can make comfortable level with them. They are quick in decisions making and give functional autonomy. However some feel women are better bosses because they are n=more considerate and have the power to understand you well. They better understand there emotional needs than men. At the same time some are of the opinions that there should be mo comparisons between genders bosses. What is important is the ability and qualifications to handle the assigned job. He or she should be an important guy.
